At Math with Love, we’re committed to building trust through transparency, flexibility, and high-quality tutoring that meets your student's needs. This refund policy explains how we handle payments and client satisfaction.

First Session Guarantee

​

Your first session is always free. This gives you the chance to make sure the tutor-student match is a good fit before any money is exchanged.

Payment Policy

​

All sessions are paid immediately after each session is completed. We do not require prepayment. This structure ensures you only pay when you’re satisfied with the session.

Refunds

​

Because payment occurs only after a session ends and satisfaction is assumed at that time, refunds are generally not offered.

​

However, if you believe a session did not meet reasonable expectations or there was a clear issue with the service, please reach out within 7 days of the session to discuss your concern. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve all concerns fairly and respectfully.

Missed Sessions and Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the session rate, except in cases of emergency or prior communication.
